Charles Hinkle pens deal with Soproni

American rookie Charles Hinkle (195 cm, American University’12) has inked with Kis-Raba menti Takarek Soproni KC (Hungary, A-Division) for the remainder of the 2012-2013 season. The guard has already started his Soproni career, participating in his first practice session this morning; he will join the line-up for the upcoming game against Szedeak (Hungary, A-Division) on Friday.

This season is Hinkle’s first as a pro after he graduated from American University in the summer of 2012. His first contract was with Istanbulspor (Turkey, TB2L) who he played for during the first half of this season. During his stint in Turkey, Charles Hinkle averaged 16.3ppg and 5.5rpg over 18 games.
