Bryant Dunston secured by Olympiacos

Bryant Dunston (202 cm, Fordham’08) has been added by Olympiacos S.F.P. Pireus from Greece’s A1 for the 2013-14 season. Dunston is a bit undersized, but has a knack for grabbing those rebounds and should be a good addition to Olympiacos’ interior force.

The 27-year-old big man is coming off a stint playing in Italy’s SerieA for Cimberio Verese in 2012-13. There he averaged 14.2 ppg and 7.4 rpg in 41 games in the Italian league. He helped Cimberio Varese finish as the Italian SerieA regular season champions and reach the Italian SerieA semifinals in 2013.

In 2011-12 he played for Hapoel Holon from Israel’s Premier league. In 31 games Dunston posted averages of 14.5 ppg and 9.0 rpg.
