Brad Oleson joins FCB Regal

Brad Oleson (191 cm, Alaska-Fairbanks’04) has signed a deal to play for Regal FC Barcelona from Spain’s ACB. Oleson is joining FCB Regal after spending four seasons playing for Caja Laboral Vitoria (2009-2013), also from ACB. In the 2012-13 season he played 15 games for them in the Euroleague and averaged 8.6 ppg and 1.5 apg. In that same season he averaged 10.2 ppg and 2.2 apg for them in the Spanish ACB.

Brad Oleson is an American, but has a Spanish passport. He gained dual citizenship through his marriage to a Spanish woman and through the length of time he has lived and worked in Spain. Oleson is said to have signed a deal that will allow him to play for Regal FCB for three seasons.
