Bojan Lazic is the new head coach of Rogaska

Bojan Lazic Bojan Lazic has been named as the new head coach of Rogaska Crystal (Slovenia-Telemach League) until the end of this season. Lazic is joining Rogaska after a stint as assistant coach with BC Donetsk in the Ukrainian Superleague, where he started the 2012-2013 season. Lazic was released from Donetsk in October 2012, and now joins a Rogaska team placed 5th in the Telemach League in Slovenia with an 8-6 record.

The team is expecting to reach the play-offs, and have selected Bojan Lazic to guide them there. Lazic brings with him experience as both an assistant and head coach. He has spent much of his time in Slovenia, where he has been assistant coach at  Union Olimpija Ljubljana. As head coach Lazic has helmed Kraski Zidar Sezana (2004-2006) and Elektra Esotech (2006-2007) in the Slovenian league. Lazic also spent time as assistant coach in the Slovenian national team set up in 2008.
