Bennet Davis joins KK Zadar

Croatian club KK Zadar has added Bahamian player Bennet Davis (206 cm, Northeastern ’07) to their roster for the 2013-14 season. The 29-year-old Davis began the season with GreenTops Netanya from Israel’s Winner league. He left Netanya in early December last year after logging 10 games for them and posting averages of 5.9 ppg and 3.4 rpg.

In 2012-13 he started off with Palencia Baloncesto from Spain’s LEB Gold, then moved to Hungary to play for Marso NYKK. In 24 games in the Hungarian A league he averaged 16.5 ppg and 8.9 rpg. In March 2013 he signed with Cangrejeros de Santruce from Puerto Rico’s BSN. He logged a dozen games in the span of a month with the team and hit averages of 6.9 ppg and 3.3 rpg.
