Bambale Osby signs with La Union

La Union Formosa (Argentina-Liga A) has landed the services of Bambale Osby (203 cm, Maryland’08) for the coming 2015/16 season. Osby is a 29-year-old American player who also holds a passport from the Democratic Republic of Congo. In 2014/15 Osby played for Socar Petkimspor from Turkey’s TB2L. In 33 games he posted averages of 18.8 ppg and 9.8 rpg. Late into the season he moved to Aix-Maurianne Savoie Basket (France-Pro B) where he played a couple of games and averaged 8.5 ppg and 9.0 rpg.

Bambale’s 2013/14 season began with VAP Kolossos Rodou (Greece-A1). He logged 13 games for them and averaged 10.8 ppg and 4.7 rpg. In March he transferred to BC Siaulia and there he played 11 games and produced averages of 8.1 ppg and 4.7 rpg.
