Ashton Smith to Surabaya

Ashton Smith (187 cm, Indiana’12) will continue his career playing for CLS Knights Surabaya in the Indonesian IBL this 2017. The Canadian player has been spending his time with Durham BC in the Canada CBL this season, but has decided to go back abroad. During the 2015/2016 season, Ashton Smith featured for Bucaros de Bucaramanga in the Colombian top flight Liga DirecTV. Over three games in the Liga Sudamericana he collected averages of 8.3 points and 2.7 rebounds per game.

The guard also played in Colombia during the 2014/2015 campaign. While at Sabios de Manizales he played eleven games and logged 16.5 points, 4.9 boards, and 3.5 assists per game.
