Anton Gavel Out for One Month

FC Bayern Muenchen (Germany-BBL) will be without the services of starting point guard Anton Gavel (189 cm) for around a month due to an ankle injury. Gavel is a Slovakian player who also has German citizenship. In 2014-15 he has played four games for the club in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague and averaged 7.8 ppg and 3.3 apg. In five games in the domestic German league he posted averages of 10.6 ppg and 5.0 apg. He is a newcomer to the team this season. Before joining the Munich franchise he spent five seasons on the roster of Brose Baskets Bamberg (Germany-BBL).
