Anthony Roberson now with Al Jaysh

Anthony Roberson (189 cm, Florida’05) will be returning back to Asia this 2013-14 after signing with Qatari team Al Jaysh Army SC Doha. Roberson began the 2012-13 season playing in Argentina’s LigaA. He played nine games for La Union Formosa and averaged 9.0 ppg and 1.3 rpg.

Anthony later moved to Boulazac Basket Dordogne from France’s ProA league. He managed to play in five games for the French club and averaged 16.2 ppg and 2.8 rpg. He left the team in February 2013.

The last time Anthony played in Asia was in 2011-12 when he played for Fujian SBS XunXin (China-CBA). In 30 games he averaged 26.9 ppg and 5.4 rpg.
