Anthony Dobbins deals with Calabria

Anthony Dobbins (194 cm, Richmond’04) has signed on the dotted line to play for Berme Viola Basket Reggio Calabria (Italy, Serie A2) this season. The American is coming off a 2014/2015 season spent with Strasbourg in the French top flight ProA. It was a busy term for Anthony Dobbins as he played 44 games and averaged 4.2 points and 2.8 rebounds, while over sixteen Eurocup appearances he logged 3.4 points and 3.3 rebounds.

The swingman has spent large chunks of his career in French Basketball and this will be his first campaign away from the Pro A in the last four campaigns. Anthony Dobbins does, however, have previous experience in Spain, Greece, and Turkey.
