Energa Czarni Slupsk from Poland’s TBL has decided to shake things up in their coaching staff. They are parting ways with Linartas Marius and are hiring Andrej Urlep. The 65-year-old Slovenian coach has been coaching various teams in Poland since the late 90s. He coached AZS Koszalin (Poland-TBL) in the 2011-12 season after being hired in by the team in November 2011. The most prolific feather in Urlep’s cap would be his being tabbed to coach the Polish National Team in 2006-07. In 2007 he coached them as they competed in the European Championships, held in Spain. He was also the coach of the Polish League All-Star team in 2000.
