Andrais Thornton now with Pyrinto

Andrais Thornton (204 cm, Northwestern Missouri State’08) is now wearing the colors of Pyrinto Tampere (Finland-Korisliiga) this 2015. Thornton has already played his first game for his new team and in 15 minutes of action on the floor, he scored 12 points and grabbed three rebounds.

Andrais came all the way from Uruguay where he played a couple of games for Atletico Bigua Montevideo (Uruguay-LUB). He averaged 4.0 ppg and 6.0 rpg.

Before his brief stint in Uruguay, Thornton spent two seasons playing for the Takamatsu Five Arrows (Japan-BJ League). In 2014-15 he played 51 games for them and averaged 11.8 ppg and 6.3 rpg.
