Alex Renfroe (191 cm, Belmont’09) will be strengthening the backcourt of Spanish club FC Barcelona Lassa (Spain-Liga Endesa) this 2016-17. Renfroe is a 30-year-old Amercian player who also holds a passport from Bosnia and Herzegovina. He has been a member of the Bosnian national team since 2015. Alex heads to Spain after beginning the season playing for FC Bayern Muenchen (Germany-BBL). He played six games for them in the Eurocup and was able to average 5.0 ppg and 4.2 apg. Renfroe also played nine games in the domestic German league and there he notched averages of 3.8 ppg and 2.8 apg.
