Taquan Dean to Pau-Lacq-Orthez

Taquan Dean (193 cm, Louisville’06) is a newcomer at Elan Bearnais Pau-Lacq-Orthez in the French ProA and will wear the team colours for the rest of the season. The American is coming from his recent stint with Tenerife in the Spanish Liga Endesa and the first FIBA Basketball Champions League. In the domestic league, Taquan Dean played eight games, but through limited minutes compiled just 1.8 points per game.

In the Champions League the guard played six games and added 4.5 points and 1.3 rebounds per appearance. Dean is a very experienced player who has featured in Turkey, Iran, Spain, Italy, and Russia in his career.
