| Chris is a natural power forward who can play facing and back-to-the basket. Came out of Niagara U. in 1996 and started his career in South America wehe he played for Olimpia in Uruguay. He played in Israel during the 1999-2000 season as an foreign player for Ironi Hadera in D2. Afterthat he did play briefly for Birminham in England (2001-'02) and for 2 seasons in Sweden (2002-'04) where he was very succesfull for Kfum Jämtland (25,7 ppg, 8,6 rpg , 2,2 apg). Afterp laying one more season in D2 Israel (2003-'04: Beitar Migdal Haemek), Chris did obtain his Israeli passport. This past season he played as a local player for Maccabi Givat Shmuel in the Israelian premier league and did very well. Chris is an extremely quick player up and down the floor. Great athlete who uses his body well. Has quick feet in defense and is a good leaper. He is an very good interior scorer but can also handle the ball and hit the midrange jumper. Plays with a lot of heart, desire and intensity. Very strong player who knows how to get it done inside. Good rebounder with great positioning. Needs to improve his free throw shooting. Is very focussed & determined and ready to make the next step in his career. |
