Started his career at Kennedy-King College in Chicago, Illinois before attending Duquesne University in the Atlantic-10 Conference. Was the Dukes leading socrer in his senior year with 13,9 ppg and also their leading rebounder with 5,9 rpg. Great athlete around the basket with shooting touch to about 17 feet. Runs the floor very well and has great speed and quickness. Can play back-to-the basket and facing the basket. Has strong moves around the hoop and likes to mix ip up underneath. Versatile player who prefers playing around the basket because of his athleticism, strength and quickness. Able to play one-on-one and score in traffic. Willing defender at the power forward position and also on the wing and inside spot. Has quick feet and showed good lateral movement in defense. Runs the floor extremely well. Extremely effective player and a hihg percentage scorer (63,9 FG%). Very coachable player with nice upside! Played his first season coming out of college in Austria where he really developed and polished his game under Head Coach Raoul Körner. Has a very bright future ahead of him because of his versatile way of play, great attitude and work ethic. Had a very good season in Belgium for AtomiA/Brussels and proved his value, becoming a complete 4-player with nice range on his shot. Was troubled with a nagging knee injury throughout the season and got operated (orthoscopic surgery to clean his knee) on May 11, 2007.
