He can play almost any position on the court, most comfortable on the SG/SF position, have however played the PF both in Estonia and Luxembourg so far. At the Shooting Guard, he creates big match-up problems, have the same speed as a normal SG, but the strenght and height of a Forward (7ft1 wingspan). Can take the ball inside and score in the paint strong. Very agressive and talanted rebounder, will go after every possible rebound. Excellent in the open court, running the floor or leading the fast break. Likes to finnish with a dunk. Can shoot threepointers very well, along with the medium-ranger jumper. Allthough he's a talanted offensive player, Jermaines biggest qualities is found in his ability to produce within the team concept, unselfishnes and his defensive game. He truly is a excellent shotblocker for a wing, and he has the capability of locking down opposing starplayers from position 2-4. Always in the passinglane, and get's lots of steals that way. Jermaine spent short times in the ABA during the 03-04 and 04-05 season, and in january 2005 joined Houston Blaze in the Texas Pro Basketball League (TPBL) for 2 games and averged 22 points and 7 rebounds per game. After his time with the Blaze, Jermaine joined Estonian team Rakvere in January '05 for play in the Estonian League and the Baltic Basketball League 2nd Division. Was named to MVP of the Estonian league All-Star Game 2005 and also won the Slam Dunk Competition at the same event and was also at the end of the season name to First Team All-League. Was supposed to play for the Texas Tycoons in the ABA in the USA during the 05-06 season, but left the team because of their financial problems in late November '05 and signed with Souleuvre in Luxembourg in February 2006 where he did very well. Joined Weert in Holland for the 07-08 campaign and did well,where he was used mainly for defense, still shooting very good from the field with limited turnovers.
