Fountain had a high game of 22 points (against Dusseldorf) and had a season high of five made 3-pointers in a game (vs, Bonn). A very strong long-range shooter, Daniel Fountain was among the NCAA leaders in 3-point shooting for the 2007-08 season at UNC-Wilmington, ranking 31st after making 42,4% of his treys. Made 92 3-pointers during his senior season (2007-08), which ranked as the 3rd highest total in UNC-Wilmington school history. Near automatic when open from behind the 3-point arc, Fountain also excels at coming of picks and knocking down the jumper.
