| Former Michigan Wolverine who graduated in 2002. Typical low post force in offense with quick post up moves. Able to shoot facing the basket from appr. 17 feet and in. Known for his rebounding skills, also on the offensive side of the floor. Runs the floor well for his size and position. Has an excellent mentality and attitude. Ultimate teamplayer who is always supportive to his team. Tough player who is well-known for his hustling and fighting. Has a strong body and likes to make contact underneath the basket. Both his grandparents were born in Lithuania which give Chris the opportunity to obtain his Lithuanian passport as well. Has good experience overseas and is considered as a high caliber "veteran". Signed with Spotter Leuven (Belgium) at the beginning of November 2008 for the remainder of the 2008-2009 season which was extended afterwards until 2010. Signed a 2-year deal with Okapi Aalstar in Belgium in the summer of 2010. Was voted First Team All-League 2010='11 and also Center of the Year 2010-'11 in Belgium after an outstanding season with Aalst (finishing in 2nd place in the regular season and making it to the finals of the Play-Offs). |
