Played strictly inside in college but will be able to move to the 4-spot while in Europe. Good defender at both inside positions in college. Rebounds well at both ends of the floor because he is active and can handle physical contact without any problem. Runs the floor well and has a midrange game. Needs to develop his outside shooting by extending his shooting range to the (new) European 3-point line. Started in all 31 games in his SR year at Central Florida which competes in CON-USA. Averaged 7.1 points and 4.4 rebounds while shooting 57.2 percent overall. Best games in his SR year: in 31 minutes, totaled 15 points and eight boards in the home win over East Carolina. Sscored 10 points and had seven rebounds at Marshall. Totaled 18 points in the home win over Tulsa, including being 8-of-12 at the free-throw line. Used to be am meber of the Dutch National U-20 team before moving to the U.S. where he played 4 seasons for Central Florida. Did graduate in "Business" on May 9, 2009. Improved a lot throughout his 1st season overseas, playing in the Greek D2. 7th rebounder in that league and ranked 5th in the overall evaluation!
