He is strong, fast, quick, and understands the game. He gets in the lane when he wants to where he finishes above the rim but also can pull up for the mid range jumper. Just spotting up he is also extermely dangerous from beyond the thee point line and cannot be left open. Defensively he is athletic and strong enough to guard multiple positions. An additional huge advantage Richard brings to the court is a rebounding ability rarely seen at his position. He truly has a "nose for the ball". After transfering from Utah in 2005, Richard finished his college career with an excellent senior year at Troy State which earned him pre draft work outs with the Utah Jazz and the Golden State Warriors. He wound up in Turkey his first profesional season where he led his team to the Cup Finals in 2008.
