Stefan is a Dutch/Serbian player with a lot of skills. He can score in many ways, dribble, pass, defend, but his most glaring features are his maturity, his leadership skills, and his decision making ability. At a young age he is able to take over games on pure character and intelligence. This showed again in the summer of 2009 when he led the Dutch U20 team to the B-division titel. Many games his decisions and baskets meant the difference between a W and a L. During the 2007/08 season Stefan made his debut in the Dutch eredivisie at the age of 17 (and got minutes immediately at the ULEB Cup level) with Groningen and was promptly named newcomer of the year. After another year up north Stefan moved to Rotterdam for the 2009/10 season where he also played the 2010-11 season.
