| Robbie did have a very good career at Central Michigan for the past 4 years (2006-2010). He earned second team All-Mid-American Conference honors after winning back-to-back MAC West Championships in 2009 & 2010. The native of Traverse City led the nation in 3-pointers per contest and was 10th in NCAA D1 in 3-point percentage! In league scoring, he was ranked 8th in scoring (15 ppg), second in steals (1,9) and 14th in assists (3,0). Robbie is well-known for his capacity as being floorleader with almost unlimited range on his shot. He shoots it with authority from "deep" and has a great form on his shot. He is a very solid point guard who plays very effective by controlling the tempo of the game. He is a nice ballhandler, able to handle full court pressure, is always responsible for a good ball-rotation in offense and is a nice passer. Very good decisionmaker while providing a good shotselection as well. Has an excellent feeling for the game. Does well in "pick-'n-roll" situations because of his shot and ability to drive to the basket. Makes do all the work in fast- and secundary break situations. Consistent player who is very coachable. Has room left to improve without any doubt! |
