Yves Defraigne resigns from Belfius Mons-Hainaut

Yves Defraigne

Yves Defraigne and his relationship with Belfius Mons-Hainaut (Belgium-Euromillions) is coming to an end. Coach Defraigne has quite the history with the Belgian team. He became the head coach in 1999 and stayed there until 2005. Then in 2012, the team brought him back to be the coach and the tenure lasted until today. Defraigne also played with Mons-Hainaut from 1994-1999. This season, he coached Mons-Hainaut to an 8-13 record which is good for eighth in the Euromillions. The team decided to promote assistant coach Frank Demeulemeester as the interim coach until the end of the season.
