Thomas Gipson now with Obregon

Thomas Gipson Thomas Gipson (201 cm, Kansas State’15) has opted to continue his professional career this 2016 in Mexico with Trigueros de Ciudad Obregon (Mexico-CIBACOPA). In his first game for Obregon, Gipson tallied 12 points and pulled down 10 rebounds. His double-double performance was able to help his team win the game. He began his rookie campaign playing in Finland where he suited up for Kouvot Kouvola (Finland-Korisliiga). In 52 games Thomas notched averages of 13.2 ppg and 8.1 rpg. In his senior year at Kansas State Gipson appeared in 32 games and produced averages of 11.3 ppg and 5.3 rpg.

    A big huge mistake. Mexico is the worst place to continue your basketball career if u ever want to continue else where. You may or may not get paid. Your level of play will go down. The people in mexico are not honest,its their culture to lie and very normal. Bad place to play for sports.
