Steve McWhorter to New Heroes Den Bosch

Steve McWhorter (188 cm, University of Wisconsin’15) is switching teams this 2016-17 after landing a deal to play for New Heroes Den Bosch (Netherlands-Eredivisie). He joins them by way of France where he initially started the season playing for Union Poiters Basket 86 of the French Pro B. Steve was able to play 13 games for them before his departure and averaged 6.3 ppg and 4.1 apg.

This is a comeback for McWhorter to the Dutch Eredivisie. He spent the 2015-16 on the roster of Landstede Basketbal Zwolle (Netherlands-Eredivisie). Steve logged a total of 37 games for Zwolle and posted averages of 14.1 ppg and 3.2 apg.
