Southwest Fellowship Warriors added to ABA SE Division

Indianapolis, IN.  The American Basketball Association (ABA) www.abalive.com today completed the expansion in its southeast division for the upcoming season with the addition of the Southwest Fellowship Warriors located in Decatur, GA.  “The SE Division, under the leadership of Ron Sholes, owner of the Jacksonville Giants, has had the largest growth of any ABA division,” stated Joe Newman, ABA CEO.  “And in Ralph L. Presley, we are fortunate to have a tremendous new owner who has over 30 years in leadership, management, basketball coaching and implementation of policies.

Since 2001, Coach Presley has been the President of the Central Atlanta Junior Table Tennis League,  and is the president of R.A.M.M Company, Inc., a multi-million dollar property management company.  A graduate of Clark Atlanta University where he was a four-year basketball starter and team captain, he has worked closely with the Georgia Special Olympics, M.S. Society, Feed the Hungry, Hapeville Recreation Department, and Boys & Girls Club of Atlanta.”

“Owning an ABA team has been a goal for a long time,” added Coach Presley.  “I am fully aware that it takes a true love of sports and competition combined with an understanding of business, marketing, press/media relations and  community involvement.  I feel strongly that my background has been a stepping stone that will help make the Southwest Fellowship Warriors one of the best organizations and teams in the ABA.  We are looking forward to the challenge. We have some great teams in the ABA and the SE Division. We will be competitive.”
