Shawn King signs with Stal Ostrow

Shawn King (208 cm, ORU’08) has reached an agreement on a deal to play for BM Slam Stal Ostrow Wlkp (Poland-TBL) this 2016-17. He recently departed Gravelines Dunkerque Grand Littoral (France-Pro A). King is a 34-year-old big man from St. Vincent and the Grenadines. He played two games for Gravelines this season and averaged 4.5 ppg and 4.0 rpg.

King started the 2015-16 season with the Bucaneros de La Guaira (Venezuela-LPB). He played six games there and averaged 6.3 ppg and 7.7 rpg. Shawn moved to Europe in January 2016 and signed with BC Kalev/Cramo Tallinn (Estonia-Alexela KML). In 15 games the forward was able to deliver averages of 11.7 ppg and 9.9 rpg.
