Ra’Shad James (188 cm, Kaiser’13) is a newcomer to the roster of KK Cedevita Zagreb (Croatia-A1) for the 2016-17 season. James was the journeyman in 2015-16, seeing action for three different teams, from three different continents. He began his season in Asia, playing for Dongbu Promy (Korea-KBL). Ra’Shad played 15 games there and averaged 9.9 ppg and 2.2 rpg. In November 2015 the guard took his game to Europe where he signed with AZS Koszalin (Poland-TBL). In 14 games in the Polish league James posted averages of 16.1 ppg and 5.0 rpg. In February 2016 Ra’Shad found his way back home to the United States and inked a deal with the Westchester Knicks of the NBA D-League. In 17 games he delivered averages of 15.8 ppg and 4.4 rpg.
