Le Mans Sarthe Basket (France-Pro A) has secured the services of young Canadian player Olivier Hanlan (193 cm, Boston College’15) for the upcoming 2016-17 season. He was a recent addition to the Canadian national team in 2015. Hanlan was released by the Utah Jazz in the 2015-16 pre-season and he took his game to Europe and inked a deal with Lithuanian Titan B.C. Zalgiris Kaunas (Lithuania-LKL). He played two dozen Euroleague games where he produced averages of 8.0 ppg and 2.3 rpg. The Canadian guard also logged 38 games in the Lithuanian league and there he posted averages of 7.3 ppg and 2.4 rpg.
