| Nigel Wyatte stays with Cape Holland/Den Helder
Nigel Wyatte has signed an additional year with Cape Holland/Den Helder in the Netherlands. The U.S. power forward is currently in his first season overseas after graduating at Wagner University last year. Cape Holland recruited Nigel Wyatte at the Court Side Camp in Frankfurt in the summer of 2.004.
Nigel Wyatte came out of Wagner University in the summer of 2.004 having 13,7 ppg and being a top 10 rebounder in the NCAA Division 1 with 10,4 rpg. Cape Holland/Den Helder recruited him at the Court Side Camp in Frankfurt early July 2004. The versatile power forward, who did have a very impressive performace last weekend vs OmniWorld/Almere with 21 points and 20 rebounds, is currently averaging 16,6 ppg and 8,3 rpg for the team of Belgian Head Coach Pol Vervaeck. Cape Holland/Den Helder, being in fourth place in the league with a 14-10 record, has already 7 players under contract for next season and will need a quality front court player, an U.S. forward and a back-up PG to complete their team for next season.
