Kaylen Shane signs with KK Ohrid

Kaylen Shane (208 cm, New Mexico Highlands ’16) inked a deal to join KK Ohrid AV (Macedonia-Prva Liga). The team is picking up a rookie in professional basketball. He signed with one other team during this season which was CS Dinamo Bucuresti (Romania-Liga Nationala). Even though he was signed, he never appeared in a game for the Romanian squad and left the team. Now he will look to make the Ohrid AV team and make an impact. As of right now, they sit in second-to-last in the Prva Liga with a 2-9 record.

Shane graduated from NM Highlands last season and came off the bench for the team. In just five starts, he averaged 5.1 ppg with 4.0 rpg in 29 games. The big man played two seasons with NM Highlands after playing JUCO with John A. Logan College.
