Justin Greene leaves NH Ostrava

Justin Greene (203 cm, Kent State’12) has parted ways with BK Nova Hut Ostrava (Czech Republic, NBL) the team announced today. NH Ostrava team spokesman Vladimir Raszka said that the club decided that it would not need Greene’s services as it shortens its rotation for the upcoming NBL playoffs. Ostrava is sitting third in the NBL with an 18-12 record and is guaranteed a playoff berth and the team has recently welcomed back Jeremiah Wilson and Rostislav Pelikan from injury.

Justin Greene is in his rookie season in Basketball and has featured heavily for Ostrava this season. During the 30 games he played for the team he picked up averages of 9.3 points and 5.2 rebounds per game.
