Jean-Marc Jaumin earns contract extension

Jean-Marc JauminJean-Marc Jaumin, head coach of the Den Helder Kings (Netherlands-Eredivisie), has been given a four-year extension to his contract according the club’s website. Owner/sponsor Paul Mijnen stated (translated), “I have a five year plan with Kings. With the vision and mission as soon as possible to be in the top 4 of the league and for us to measure up with European teams. I also want people who are important as soon as possible and for as long as possible. Jean-Marc pleases me as a coach and as a man and I am pleased with him.”

Jaumin expressed his satisfaction with the new agreement, “I’m here enjoying myself and am extremely pleased with the new agreement. This is a wonderful project.”

This is Jaumin’s first season with the Kings, he came to the club from Telenet Oostende (Belgium-Ethias League) after three seasons as their coach. Oostende is also the club he retired from as a player in 2006.
