Hordur Vilhjalmsson heads to CEZ Nymurk

Hordur Vilhjalmsson (194 cm) is on his way to Czech Republic powerhouse CEZ Nymburk (Czech Republic-NBL) this 2015. Hordur is a 26-year-old Icelandic player who is moving to his new club after starting the 2015-16 season playing for Aries Trikalla (Greece-A1). In two games for the Greek club he averaged 5.0 ppg and 3.5 apg. In 2014/15 Hordur made his return to Mitteldeutscher BC Weissenfels (Germany-BBL) after a one-season stint with Blancos de Rueda Valladolid (Spain-Liga Endesa) in 2013/14. He played two seasons for MBC when they were still in the German Pro A, from 2011 to 2013.

Hordur logged a total of 32 games for MBC last season and was able to deliver averages of 10.0 ppg and 2.3 apg.
