Gerald Lee returns to Romania

Gerald Lee (208 cm, ODU’10) is making his way back to Romania this season, signing with Steaua CSM Eximbank Bucuresti (Romania-Liga Nationala). Lee is has dual citizenship from the United States and Finland and has been a member of the Finnish national team in 2006 and 2010-15. Gerald most recently played for UCAM Murcia (Spain-Liga Endesa) and in 13 games averaged 3.7 ppg and 3.6 rpg. Before that, he had played over a season and change for CSU Asesoft Ploiesti (Romania-Liga Nationala). In 2014-15 he was able to play 11 games for them in the Romanian league and post averages of 17.5 ppg and 4.2 rpg. Lee also played 14 Eurocup games and delivered averages of 13.7 ppg and 3.9 rpg.
