Elijah Johnson heads to Anadolu Efes

Elijah Johnson (190 cm, Kansas’13) has been picked up by Anadolu Efes Istanbul (Turkey-BSL) and will join them for the remainder of the 2015-16 season. Johnson will be strengthening their roster as they make a push for a strong push for the post-season. He was called up from the lower Turkish TBL where Johnson was playing for Pertevniyal Istanbul (Turkey-TBL). Elijah played 22 games for his former team and showed some of his scoring prowess with averages of 22.3 ppg as well as 3.7 apg.

In the 2014-15 season Elijah suited up for Panelefsiniakos AOK Eleusina (Greece-A1) and there he produced averages of 10.8 ppg and 2.4 apg.
