Darren Townes (201 cm, Hofstra’09) is a new addition to the roster of Enosis Neon Paralimni (Cyprus-Division A) for the upcoming 2015-16 season. The 29-year-old Townes was set to play for U.M.F. Tindastoll (Iceland-Dominos League), before agreeing to terms with Enosis. He had a late start to his 2014-15 season, joining forces with Sport Alges e Dafundo (Portugal-LPB) in January 2015. Darren was still able to play 18 games for his former team and delivered averages of 15.3 ppg and 8.5 rpg. Townes was a boon for his team on the defensive end of the floor, with averages of 2.4 steals per game and 2.6 blocks per game.
