The big man played the 2015-16 season for Turkish club Pinar Karsiyaka SK Izmir (Turkey-BSL). He played nine games for them in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague and averaged 9.9 ppg and 4.9 rpg. He also logged eight games for the team in the Eurocup and there he produced averages of 9.9 ppg and 6.5 rpg. In 33 games in the domestic Turkish league Iverson recorded averages of 11.4 ppg and 6.4 rpg.
