Christian Eyenga joins Auxilium Torino

Christian Eyenga (201 cm) is moving to Auxilium Torino (Italy-Serie A) from Banco di Sardegna Sassari (Italy-Serie A) this 2016. Eyenga is from the Democratic Republic of Congo and was a one-time member of their national team in 2007. The 26-year-old former NBA swingman played 10 games for Sassari during their run in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague where he posted averages of 10.8 ppg and 4.0 rpg. He also played three games for them in Eurocup action and there he was able to deliver 9.7 ppg and 2.3 rpg. Christian logged a total of 18 games for Sassari in the domestic Italian league where he averaged 9.2 ppg and 4.3 rpg.
