Charles Oakley arrested, thrown out of MSG

Charles Oakley Former New York Knicks legend, Charles Oakley was forcibly removed from Madison Square Garden during the Clippers-Knicks game on Wednesday night. Oakley was in some sort of altercation in the stands, close to Knicks owner James Dolan. A large group of security personnel was seen dragging the former team enforcer to the tunnel and away from the court.

Oakley was later taken into custody by the New York Police and was charged with assault.

Charles spent 10 seasons with the Knicks and was a well-respected player back in the day. His relationship with the organization had soured and got more complicated in the later years after his retirement from the NBA.
