Caleb Brown extended by Palmeiras

Caleb Brown (182 cm, Austin Peay State’11) has received a contract extension from S.E. Palmeiras from Brazil’s NBB. This brings back Brown for his fourth season with the team.

In the 2012-13 season the 23-year-old Brown averaged 15.8 ppg, 4.1 rpg, and 3.6 apg for the team in 33 games. Brown ran the team’s offense as its starting point guard. In 2012 he averaged 16.1 ppg, 3.8 rpg, and 3.4 apg. That same year Palmeiras was a Brazilian Supercup Finalist.

Caleb is developing well with his professional career in latin American basketball. In his senior year at Austin Peay State he averaged 8.8 ppg and 4.7 apg.
