Branko Mirkovic lands with BC Kalev/Cramo

Branko Mirkovic (190 cm) agreed to terms with BC Kalev/Cramo Tallinn (Estonia-Alexela KML). The 34-year-old heads to the Estonian league to join the second-place team in the Alexela standings. Right now, Kalev holds a 14-2 record and is in striking distance to contend for the league cup. Mirkovic will add another three-point threat and a veteran presence to the Kalev roster. Earlier this season with Oradea (Romania-Liga Nationala), he shot 43.4 percent from deep while averaging 12.5 ppg. He played a prominent role for the Romanian squad while playing 26.6 mpg and dishing out 4.7 apg. The move will be his first appearance in the Estonian league. This season marks his 12th season playing professionally. His career consists of time spent in Bulgaria from 2007-2013 then in Belarus from 2013-2016. He also debuted in Macedonia in 2005.
