Bogdan Riznic lands with Terceira

Bogdan Riznic (202 cm) agreed to terms to sign with Terceira Basket (Portugal-Proliga). The 27-year-old Serbian is making his return to Portugal as he played with S.C. Lusitania Expert (Portugal-LPB) last season. He played in 25 games with Lusitania and scored 6.3 ppg while struggling from three-point range with a 27.3 percentage from deep. In the 2014/2015 season, Riznic played with another Portuguese team, Illiabum Clube (Portugal-LPB), for 12 games and found more success. He scored 13.3 ppg and grabbed 4.9 rpg. Now Riznic will move down to the Proliga in Portugal where he can gain more confidence and regain his 2014/2015 form.

Earlier this season, Riznic played with MBK SPU Nitra (Slovakia-SBL) but only appeared in two games. He scored 13.0 ppg and 6.5 rpg in his short stint in Slovakia and left the team in December.
