Young deals with Macae

Ian Young (191 cm, Auburn´05) has penned a new deal with Macae Basquete (Brazil, NBB) and will represent the club through the 2014/2015 season. The American played his last hoops with Italian Serie A outfit Enegan Firenze, where he played seven games and averaged 15.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 5.1 assists per game. Before linking with Firenze the point guard started the2013/2014 campaign with Imola (Italy, DNA Gold). During that stint he played eighteen games and logged solid numbers of 14.4 points, 3.1 boards, and 3.2 dimes per appearance.

Since graduating Auburn in 2005 Ian Young has also played in Egypt, Venezuela, Mexico, Argentina, Lebanon, Germany, Iran, Finland, France and Saudi Arabia.
