Wesley Witherspoon to Susanoo Magic

Wesley Witherspoon (205 cm, Memphis’12) has penned a deal with Japanese franchise Shimane Susanoo Magic (BJ League) for the remainder of the season. He has been playing for the Helsinki Seagulls in their first Finland Korisliiga campaign. The American played in three games so far this season and made averages of 4.7 points and 3.0 rebounds per game.

Earlier in 2014 the swingman played for Air21 Express (Philippines, PBA) and over twelve games and he was the best scorer in the Commissioners Cup. His averages were impressive and read like 24.6 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game.

Last season he played in the French ProB for Hermine Nantes Atlantique. Wesley Witherspoon has previously played in his native USA.
