Walter Sharpe signs with Guayama

Walter Sharpe (206 cm, UAB’08) will be making a return engagement to Puerto Rico’s BSN this 2014, signing a deal with Brujos de Guayama. He’s logged his first game for his new club and tallied 5 points and 2 rebounds in 11 minutes of action on the floor. He came off an 18-game run with Reales de La Vega (Dominican Republic-LNB) where he was able to put up averages of 19.2 ppg and 10.5 rpg. Sharpe had a brief stint with Leones de Ponce (Puerto Rico-BSN) where he played in three Liga Americas games. There he was able to average 2.3 ppg and 2.3 rpg.
