Walter Lemon Jr. begins career at Kormend

Walter Lemon Jr. (190 cm, Bradley’14) will begin his professional career in Hungary this 2014-15 after signing with Egis Kormend (A Division). Kormend finished last season in eighth place in the A Division standings, failing to qualify for the Playoffs. They are making some moves to strengthen their roster to improve on last year’s performance.

Walter had a solid season during his senior year at Bradley, averaging 18 ppg and 3.9 apg. His list of awards in 2014 include being named All-MVC Scholar-Athlete of the Year, as well as being selected to the All-MVC 2nd Team, MVC All-Defensive Team, All-MVC Scholar-Athlete 1st Team, and NABC Division I All-District 16 2nd Team.
