Vernon Goodridge signs with AEK Athens

Vernon Goodridge (206 cm, La Salle’09) is a new addition to the roster of AEK Athens (Greece-A1) this 2014-15. Goodridge has dual citizenship from the USA and Barbados. The 30-year-old veteran forward began the 2013-14 season with Hapoel Kfar Saba/Kohav Yair (Israel-National League). He played a dozen games in the Israeli league and posted averages of 8.9 ppg and 9.3 rpg. In January 2014 Vernon transferred to La Bruixa d’Or Manresa (Spain-Liga Endesa). He averaged 5.1 ppg and 4.6 rpg in 10 games in the Spanish Liga Endesa.
