Travis Hyman released by Vanoli Cremona

Travis Hyman (213 cm, Bowie State’12) is hitting the free agent market after being released by Vanoli Cremona (Italy-SerieA). He signed with the team in early September, but the Italian club has decided it will go in another direction. The 27-year-old Hyman spent most of the 2013-14 season in the NBA D-League playing for the Los Angeles D-Fenders. In 44 games Travis managed to put out averages of 6.9 ppg and 6.4 rpg. He helped his team finish as the Western Division champions in 2014. Hyman then moved to Titanes de Licey (Dominican Republic-LNB), but was able to play in two games for them and he produced averages of 4.5 ppg and 7.0 rpg.
